He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Ceceli Kelly Michels and William Joseph Michels; and his brother Gerard W. Michels. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Patricia Fuller Michels; and his sister-in-law Carol Michels.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Historic St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (161 N Dean St, Spartanburg, SC 29302). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School, 152 Alabama Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
