She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorthy E. Thompson and June Brown; the father of her children Robert Gerald Smith; her brother Ray Thompson; and her nephews, Clarence James Thompson and Kendrick Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katrina and Melody Thompson; her grandchildren, Jessica, Gerald, Jasmine, Jahvelle, John and Mariah; and her great grandchildren, Gynyia, Kyomi, Kayden and Gwendolyn Thompson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
