She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Earnhardt and Maime Earnhardt; and her husband Milton Alfred Smith, Sr. of Women's Director. She is survived by: her children, Sarah E. Smith, Milton A. Smith, III (Hannah), Parrish E. Smith (Kelsey) and William Douglas Smith (Alison); her grandchildren, Cameron McIver Smith and Anna Douglas Smith; her son Stuart Lee Smith (Stephanie); her grandsons, Ellis Lee Smith and Matthew Stuart Smith; and also, Amelia Smith, Georgia Smith and Ellis Smith.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel (1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
