Richard Dexter Seay Obituary

The memory of Richard Dexter Seay of Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Thomas and Nancy Jeanette Cooksey Seay; and his brother Joseph "Billy" Seay. He is survived by: his wife Nancy White Seay; his daughters, Ashley Pettit (Tony) and Charlotte Guyton (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Chandler, Chase Pettit, Madison Coleman, Balie Berggrun and Mason Guyton. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bobo Funeral Chapel (1860 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
