He was predeceased by: his parents, G. J. "Jack" Hutchins, Sr. and Eliza Wall Hutchins; and his siblings, Bill, Irwin, Lee, Jeff Hutchins, Stella Spencer and Naomi Eubanks.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Fowler Hutchins; his children, Robin Harrell and Les Hutchins (Melody); his grandchildren, Samantha Harrell Smith (CJ), Clayton and Kate Hutchins; and his siblings-in-law, Ann B. Hutchins, Sarah F. Solesbee and Dean A. Fowler. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
