She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Koon Sr. and Mildred Louise Blackwell Koon; her husband William "Billy" Mitchell Howard; her siblings, Walter Lee Koon Jr. and Betty Louise Phillips; and her grandson Brandon Scott Fowler.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Morton (Ronnie) and Tony Fowler Timothy Scott (Jenny); and her sister Ethel Holder.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (980 Bishop Rd, Inman, SC 29349).
