She is survived by: her husband James Butler; her father Allen Harper of Gallipolis; her children, Seth Harper (Summer) of Charlotte, Jakeb Butler, Johnathan Lundeen of Pacolet, Zachary Conard of Landrum and Jannelle Fitch (Martel) of Boiling Springs; her stepdaughter Nichole Carroll of Boiling Springs; her brother Chuck Harper (Bobbie) of Fostoria, Ohio; and her nephews, Jason Harper and Aaron Harper. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
