She was predeceased by: her husband William Edward "Bill" Kirkpatrick, Jr.; her parents, John A. Rainey and Lucy Todd Rainey; her sons, William Edward Kirkpatrick III and Henry Gregg Kirkpatrick; and her siblings, Kathryn Shirley, Beth Chamblee and Sam Rainey.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna Jo Kirkpatrick West (Mike); her grandsons, Jonathan West (Caitie), Matthew West (Sara Margaret) and Patrick West (Kellynn); and her great grandchildren, Olivia Rainey West, Hamilton Proctor West and Crawford Evelyn West.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
