She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Lyda and Rosa Lee Lyda; her husband Franklin Leon Cantrell; her sister Betty Hooper; and her granddaughters, Christie Fine and Jennifer Grizzle.
She is survived by: her children, James Grizzle (Angela), Jeff Grizzle (Anita), Bobby Grizzle (Sandy), Susan Whelchel (Jimmy), Linda Bodin (Ellison) and Shirley Erde (Jonathon); and her stepdaughter Annette Johnson (Danny). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bobo Funeral Chapel (1860 Cannons Campground Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
