He is survived by : his parents, Jose Hector Tovar Sr. and Rosa Maria Estrada Tovar; his children, Anthony Chance Tovar, Arieanna Andrea Tovar, Gabriela Elizabeth Tovar, Kinslee Rae Lawter and Zamira Suprunchik; his siblings, Jose Hector Tovar Jr., Rosa Isela Vargas and Elvira Jackeline Newkirk; and his nieces and nephews, Julian Micah Vargas, Sebastian Adrian Sosa, Preston Bryce Newkirk, Brantley Jase Newkirk, Haegen Angel Tovar, Veronica Araceli Vargas, Claudia Anayeli Vargas and Sophia Yazmin Sosa. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
