She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Velazquez and Felicita Rivera; her sister Carmen Margarita Ruiz; her grandson Henry A. Mateo Jr.; and her pet Munchkin.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Roger Allen; her children, Louis Morales, David Morales, Angel Morales, Jacob Morales, Aracelis Rodriguez, Teresita Beltran and Lucesita Morales; her siblings, Angel Velazquez, Ana G. Velazquez and Maria M. Rivera; her grandchildren, John, Andrew, Katie, Paisley, Josephina, Max, David, Angel, Priscilla, Ezequiel, Arturo, Talon, Josefina, Anthony, Jeremia, Julian and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Yeiden, Alina, Zaedelin, Elianna, Henry, Zayde, Luna, Nora and Emi; and her close friend Bernadette. She is also survived by many cousins and aunts.
