He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick Oliver Daniel Jr.; and his son Brandon Daniel. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Jones Daniel; his wife Kimberly Wright Daniel; his sons, Dustin Daniel and Cody Daniel; his stepchildren, Regina Strickland, Rebecca Strickland and Jack Strickland; and his siblings, Timothy Daniel, Brian Daniel and Tracy Hooper. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
