He is survived by: his spouse Rebecca Dale Floyd Garrett; his parent Ellie Ward Garrett; his children, Sandra Garrett, Robin G. McGraw and Dale Garrett; his siblings, Frances Thomas of Boiling Springs, Tommy Garrett of Lake Murray, Jerry Garrett of Pacolet and James Fred Garrett of Spartanburg; his grandson Josh Garrett; and his great grandchild Jackson Garrett.
