He is survived by: his caregiver Brittany Spisak (Michael) of Greensboro; his great-niece Laila Spisak of Greensboro; his aunts, Kathy Curtis of Spartanburg and Brenda Guinn of Spartanburg; his sister-in-law Cynthia Wortman Stepp (Donald) of Cross Hill; his cousins, Tina Brown (George) of Ridgeland, Georgia, Lori Abernathy (Garrison) of Boiling Springs, David Grant (April) of Spartanburg, Julia Roberts of Spartanburg and Cole Turner of Spartanburg; and his caregiver Mary Wilcox.
