She is survived by: her sister Barbara Adams; her sister-in-law Pat Carson; her nieces and nephews, Richard Smith and Leigh Ann Thomas (David); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Smith (Isabel), Samantha Smith, Brandy Cuesta (Pat) and Justin Cantrell (Bari).
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, an organization that was close to Johnnie's heart.
