It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Arlett Duffie Jr. in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Arlett Duffie Sr. and Evelyn Horton Duffie Orr; his children, David Steadman, Curtis Duffie, Melinda Brown and Rhonda Duffie; and his siblings, Mike, Timmy Duffie and Judy Hughey.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat Bright Duffie; his children, Jamie Duffie (Amy), Timothy Duffie, Jeff Duffie and Deborah Cooper; his grandchildren, Jesse, Lynsey, Shannon, Hailey and Daniel Duffie; his great grandchild Weston Guyton; and his sister Cheryl Harvey.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney (211 E Frederick St, Gaffney, SC 29340).
