It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Landrum Francis of Spartanburg, South Carolina, born in Jackson, Mississippi, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin Landrum and Ennice Landrum; her husband Don Francis; her children, Dr. Don L. Francis (Lynn) of Hershey, PA, Claire F. Jackson (Billy) of Rock Hill, SC, Sue F. Pribilsky (Todd) of Victoria and British Columbia; her grandchildren, Emily Francis O'Brion (Cameron), Sara Francis Bland (Glenn), Lauren Hamilton Jackson, Suzanne Jackson Davenport (Charlie), Kevin Pribilsky and Reese Pribilsky (Jaydene); her great grandchildren, Logan James O'Brion, Claire Chancellor O'Brion, Walker Maddox Bland, Thaddeus Axel Bland, Kennedy Laine Davenport and Kate Elizabeth Davenport; and her grandson Jay Jackson.
A memorial service will be held later this year due to COVID.
Janet requested that memorials be donations of money, goods or services to any non-profit organization of choice that reaches out to feed, clothe, house and otherwise enhance the quality of life of less fortunate individuals.
