He is survived by: his sons, Richard Porter of Fort Mill, Scott Porter (Sylvia) and Gregory Porter of Spartanburg; and his siblings, Larry Porter, Sr. (Carutha) of Spartanburg, George Porter and Thelma Ann Porter Hudani of Fort Worth, Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
