With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hisel Witt of Spartanburg, South Carolina, born in Garrard, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Hisel left this world on November 11, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Witt and Oneva Malear Witt; and his sister Mildred Riddell (Alan). He is survived by: his children, Rusty Witt (Paige) of Lyman, Dana Witt and Mauldin; his grandchildren, Calon Witt, Jillian Evans and Baeden Evans; and his brother James C. Witt (Sandie) of Richmond, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home & Crematory (690 Southport Rd, Roebuck, SC 29376). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
