With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Happy Outz Bishop of Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Lowry Outz and Mattie Emma Switzer Outz. She is survived by: her family Happy; her husband Sam Bishop; her children, Angie Earnhardt (Frank) and Scott Bishop; her grandson Will Woodard; her great grandchildren, Easton and Emery Woodard; her grandchildren, Jake Woodard and Shelby Bishop; and her siblings, Vicki Rhodes and E. L. Outz of Spartanburg.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Morningside Baptist Church, 897 S. Pine St., Spartanburg, SC 29302.
