She was predeceased by: her parents, James Turner and Louise Rogers Turner. She is survived by: her husband Earl B. Melton; and her sisters, Norma Brown of Lexington, NC, Wanda Hayes of Moore, Linda Tisdale of Spartanburg and Angela Crumpler of Burlington, NC. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
