He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Phillips; his sons, Josh Phillips (Kim Phillips) and Scott Phillips (Kyle Phillips); his grandchildren, Matthew Stachewicz, Haley Phillips and Alexandria Phillips; and his brothers, Doug Phillips (Mary Phillips) and Terry Phillips (Harriett Phillips).
