With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles F. Dover (Spartanburg, South Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertie Dover and Rochester; and his spouse Jean Anne Dover (Jewell). He is survived by: his children, Lynda Schantz (Alan) and Charles Russell "Rusty" Dover (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tyler Dover (Kristina), Chandler Dover, Noland Dover (Sarah), Kylie Valva (Anthony) and Meagan Haughey (Will); and his great grandchildren, Brantley Dover, Georgia Haughey, Hayes Haughey and Adalynn Dover.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park. A reception was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
