He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boyd and Lillie Mae Lee; his brother Miles Lee; his daughter Cindy Smith; and his grandsons, Russell Baldwin and Matthew Arnold.
He is survived by: his former wife Maxine Lee; his sister Shelby Wood; his daughters, Vicki Arnold and Krista Lee; his grandsons, Brandon and Dillon Smith; and his great grandchild Brandon K. Smith.
