With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carl Fred Kinard in Spartanburg, South Carolina, born in Newberry, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kinard and Bernice Bouknight Kinard; and his son Mitchell Kinard (late Peggy White Kinard). He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Wendy McDowell (Donnie), Dan Laskowski, Christine Quinn (Joe), Misty Lyons, Monica Hughes, Curtis Hood (Caroline), Clint Hood and Catura Richardson; and his siblings, Jerry Kinard (Dianne), Mike Kinard (Deb), Judy Constantin and Sandra Prewitt. He is also survived by thirty-one grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church (1301 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Mooresboro, NC 28114). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memory Gardens (28868 US-76, Clinton, SC 29325).
