He is survived by: his wife Ninalene Mills; his daughters, Trina Ferguson, Carmetris Hearst, Keena Hearst and Tasia Hearst; and his siblings, Albert Mills (Debra), Robert Earl Anderson, Jolyne Zanetta Mills, Josephine Hill, Marilyn Wilkins, Robin Anderson Wilkins (Raymond) and Emily Mills. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
