He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Janette Stacey Hines and James Edward Hines; and his brother Keith Hines. He is survived by: his brothers, Dale E. Hines (Glynda) of Pauline, SC and Danny Hines of Landrum, SC; his niece Staci Hines (Jacob); his nephews, Brandon Hines (Haley) and Josh Hines (Heather); and his cousin Jo Sosbee.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens- Spartanburg (1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307). Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
