He was predeceased by: his parents, Mavis Weaver Fulbright and Ben Vance Fulbright; his son Bennie Martin Fulbright; and his brothers, Mack Fulbright and Wayne Fulbright.
He is survived by: his daughter Cher Tauscher (Paul) of Pace; his sister Peggy Edwards (Bernard) of Tryon; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Tauscher, Holland Tauscher, Rhodes Fulbright and Cade Fulbright.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Seawright Funeral Chapel (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A reception was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
