He was predeceased by: his parent Belton Burnett of Spartanburg County. He is survived by: his parent Margaret Burnett of Spartanburg County; his brothers, Randall Scott Burnett, Todd Burnett of Spartanburg County and Darrell Burnett of Spartanburg County; and his children, Kenneth Biggerstaff, Jonathon Burnett, Ashley Scruggs and Dana McDade. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
