She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Mary Elise Johnson Willard; and her nephew Timothy Willard. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Cothran (Roxanne) and Heather Cothran Miller (Joshua); her grandchildren, Brittney, Cory and Shanna Cothran; her siblings, Wanda Suddeth and Thomas Willard; her nieces, Nicole Stuttz, Erin Suddeth and Angela Dewart; and her pet Shadow.
