He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Davis and Elizabeth Davis; his daughter Amie Kelley; and his siblings, Harold Davis and Suzanne Yarborough.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Davis of Society Hill, SC; his daughters, Beth Davis and Emily Davis; his siblings, Kerry Davis (Darlene) and Jackie Tyer (Larry); his sister-in-law Judy Davis; and his pets, Bear and Harley.
