She was predeceased by: her parents, George Carol O'Neal and Susie Moody O'Neal; her children, Dean Spease, Gene Spease and Mitch Spease; and her brother Randolph O'Neal.

She is survived by: her son William Spease (Deloise); her grandchildren, Michael Spease (Amy), Deana Gentry and Amber Spease; her great grandchildren, Jag Gentry, Ethan Spease, Evan Spease and Eli Spease; her daughter-in-law Denise Spease; and her siblings, Ronnie O'Neal (Shirley) and Dale Hedgepeth.
