He was predeceased by: his parents, William Penrose "Pinky" and Dorothy Dixon Stogner; and his pet Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Stogner of Society Hill; his children, Tracy Howle of Patrick and Paul Stephen Stogner, Jr. (Red) of Aynor; his siblings, Carol Stogner Trull (Dean) of Monroe, Bill Stogner (Susan) of Wingate and Rhea Stogner Amerson of Lamar; his grandchildren, Justin Howle and Ally Cassidy; and his great grandchild Kyle Howle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his cat.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society at 128 Stone Mark Lane, Columbia, South Carolina 29210.
