He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bolin and Mabel Batchelor Bolin; his siblings, David Bolin, Max Bolin and Ellen Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Davis, Ed Hulett and Billie Jean Bolin.
He is survived by: his son Cherishing; his grandsons, S. Todd Bolin (Tasha) of Shelby, NC and William Bolin II (Dixie) of Smyrna; his siblings, James E. Bolin of Smyrna, John Bolin (Alene) of Hickory Grove, Art Bolin (Joyce) of Alabama, Connie B. Hulett of California, Mary Sue B. Allison (Boyce) of Gaffney and Nancy B. Coughlin (James) of Tennessee; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Jane Ligon and Joanne Bolin.
