It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Risher (Smoaks, South Carolina), who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Risher and Rosa Risher; his wife Lucille Risher; his brothers, Sidney Martin and Allen Risher; and his parents-in-law, Abraham and Edith Grant.
He is survived by: his children, Daryl Risher of Charleston, Karen Youmans (Kevin) of Charleston and Tiffiany Risher (Tim) of Walterboro; his sister Crystal Brown (David); his aunt Mary Risher of Grover; his nephews, Jimmy Martin, Jermaine Hodges and Jeremy Hodges; his sisters-in-law, Mary Nesmith (Gilbert), Eva Mae Allen, Minnie Pearl Black (Sylvester), Betty Ann Whitlock and Martha Hodges; and his close friends, Denise Bowman and Herman Wade. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
