He is survived by: his children, Lashonda Matthews (Darius), Tiwanica Cusack (Johnnie), Eboni Simmons (Nathaniel), Breyron West (Tyrone) and Nashelle Cusack; his stepsons, Jermaine Cusack and Dashaun Utsey; his siblings, Nathaniel Mosley, Jr. of Smoaks and Kathy Wright (Virgil) of Smoaks; his aunt Ruth M. Shuler; his brother-in-law Samuel Gant; and his close friend Andrew Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
