She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stephens and Elizabeth Drain Stephens; her husband Roosevelt; and her siblings, Christine Kelly, Patricia Stephens, Diane Stephens, Haveline Linder, Lizzy Lou George, Reatha Bell Davis, Eva Mae Stephens, Julius Stephens and William Henry Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Stephens (Mike), Nathaniel Williams (Ella), Jennifer Williams (Peter), Felisha Ferguson (Devin) and Jaquetta Pinckney; her grandchildren, Schamona Stephens, Danaejah Hallman, Michael Hallman, Jr., Nathaniel Williams, Jr., Jaquawn Williams, Malaysia Jenkins, Mariah Campbell, Montrell Jenkins and Devion Ferguson; her siblings, Louretta Johnson (Kenneth), Eartha Chisolm (Oscar), Jeanette Mosley (Johnny), Neatha Mae Stephens, Leon Stephens (Adlene) and Edward Willie Stephens (Vonetta); her aunt Nancy Middleton; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Ann Gatling Stephens, Barbara Williams, Veronica Williams, Elizabeth Sawyer, Gwen Bright, Carolyn Godley, Johnny Smalls, Donald Smalls and Ralph Smalls, Jr.; and her nieces, Shirlene Linder, Pauline Risher, Brenda Davis, Latrelle Goff, Laura Kelly and Rosa Lee Stephens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be held Friday, March 5, 2021 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Funeral Home Chapel of Serenity from 4:00 p. m. - 7:00 p. m. (THOSE ATTENDING THE FUNERAL SERVICE ARE TO WEAR A FACIAL MASK WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING.) Juanita was educated in the public school system of Colleton County.
