He was predeceased by: his parents, John Black, Sr. and Grace Williams; and his daughter Amanda Jean Tomika Middleton. He is survived by: his daughter Latoya Middleton Cooper (Richard) of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Lashawn of Brooklyn, Mylisha of Brooklyn, Antione of Brooklyn and Kaiden of Brooklyn; his great grandchild Landon of Brooklyn; his brother Jerry Lolly; his sister-in-law Linell Lolly of Erhardt; and his cousin Betty Mitchell of Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins that loved him unconditionally, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Stephens-Maree-Tracy Funeral Home from 5:00 p. m.- 7:00 p. m. (THOSE ATTENDING GRAVESIDE SERVICE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACIAL MASK, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED.) In his early years, he served in the United States Army.
