He was predeceased by: his daughter Barbara Ann Black; and his parents-in-law, Dargon and Mattie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Smith Black; his children, Billy Black, Jr. of Smoaks and Madalyn Stone (Bruce) of Round; his grandsons, Cody Stone (Amelia) and Tanner Stone; his great grandchildren, Allyson, Aaron, Aaliyaa, Corbin and Natalie; his sister-in-law Patricia Smith Smoak; and his pets, Hook and Lexie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
