He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winford Blevins and Mae Estelle Boggs Blevins; his wife Selba Tolley Blevins; his daughters, Myra Riddley, Debra Turner (Jamey) and Susan Humphries (Billy); his sisters, Sparkle Bates (Harold) and Virginia Baxley Drake; his son Eddie Blevins; and his siblings, Nellie Poole of Reba Fairey, Roy Blevins and Ronnie Blevins. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.
