He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Webb King of Anderson. He is survived by: his father Richard Owen of Six Mile; his children, Kenneth Allen Owen of Seneca and Sarah M. Owen of Seneca; his grandchildren, Brentley Owen Standridge and Charlie Dean Wade Standridge; his siblings, Rick Owen, Cindy Owen Perry, Alton Owen and Levi Owen; his stepparents, Jackie Owen of Six Mile and Larry King; and his stepbrothers, Marty King and Michael King.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a Memorial Service to honor Randy's life will be held at a later date.
