She was predeceased by: her spouse Bobby Gene Scruggs; and her parents, Dexter Duncan and Nancy Scruggs Duncan. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Babb (Robert) of Six Mile; her granddaughter Cindi Babb; her siblings, Nellie Hart of Boiling Springs, Don Duncan of Trinity, NC, Coleman Duncan of Blacksburg and Dean Duncan of Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Catie Morris and Kelly Morris.
