He is survived by: his daughter Alyce Lee Kissam Pastor of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Lauren Kalie Pastor and Joshua Tredwell Pastor; and his great grandchild Harper Elizabeth Pastor.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
