J.) of Mount Carbon, WV, Kelly Lee (Steven) of Marion, KY, Jennifer Crane (Shane) of Pendleton, SC, Melinda Owens (Matt) of Six Mile, SC, Anthony Armstrong (Hanna) of Madisonville, KY and Richard Kelly of Fairdale, KY; and his siblings, Deborah Phillips (Heyward) of Norris, SC and Ray Nevins (Kathy) of Dacusville, SC. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
