He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Billings Putnam and Carl Sr. Putnam; his brother Ronald Alan Putnam (Ronnie); and his daughter Tasha LeeAnn Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Nodine (Heath Nodine), Nicole Putnam (Matthew Nix) and Kendall Putnam; and his siblings, Carl Louis Putnam Jr., James Gregory Putnam and Linda Putnam Mitchell. He is also survived by loving Father to his four daughters.
