He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hemmert; his children, Joseph Hemmert (Angela), David Hemmert (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Orians (Victor); his stepson Kyle Paxton (Leigh); his grandchildren, Jordan McBride, William Hemmert, Lillian Hemmert and Isla Orians; his stepgrandchildren, Jack Paxton, Barrett Paxton and Ellis Paxton; and his brother Michael Hemmert (Dianne).
