He is survived by: his son Matthew Foreman (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Emery, Kate Foreman and Ray Foreman; his sisters, Elise Schenck (Greg) and Jara Self (Clint); his niece Sara Schenck; and his nephews, Cody Self and Michael Foreman.
