It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ansel Leslie III of Simpsonville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ansel Leslie, Jr. and Harriet Bozeman Farmer; and his brother Robert Bozman Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Beth Blackwell Leslie; his sons, William Ansel (Bo), IV (Jessica) and Charles Hale Leslie (Charlie); his grandchildren, Bethany Leslie, Ansel Leslie, Siddhalee Leslie and Bennett Leslie; his daughter-in-law Jessica; his siblings, Lee Leslie (Terri) of St. Simons Island, GA and Harriet Jean Leslie (Sharon) of Stanton, VA; and his brother-in-law Tim Blackwell (Madeline). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Pelham Road Baptist Church or the charity of one's choice.
