Wesley Harrison Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Harrison (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on July 18, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Furman Benson Harrison, Jr. and Ruth Tecora Harris Harrison; his former wife Patricia Ann Patterson Harrison; his daughter Sabrina Ann Harrison Posey; and his siblings, Margaret Schaeffer, Marion Harrison and James "Jim" Harrison.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Senn Harrison of Simpsonville; his children, Wesley Vaughn "Chip" Harrison II (Sonya), Joseph Todd Harrison and Stacey Harrison Boyd (Bobby E.); his stepson William Engrum "Bill" Johnson (Vicki); his son-in-law Bobby Ray Posey; his grandchildren, Bobby Posey, Jr., Payne Posey, Krissy Stanziola (Justin), Jessie Harrison, Harrison Boyd, Hayden Boyd (Cheyenne), Hope Boyd and Halle Boyd; his stepgrandchildren, Scott Johnson, David Posey, Lisa Chambers, Dillon Lusk and Hunter Fowler; his great grandchildren, Chase and Charlie Stanziola; and his siblings, Deane Harrison (Margaret) and Cathy Rushton (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Appalachian Council of Governments in support of Alzheimer patients' families.
