It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Weldon Jordan of Simpsonville, South Carolina, born in Ware Shoals, South Carolina, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Derrill Jordan; her parents, James Frank and Hallie Culbertson Mitchell; and her siblings, Annie Lee, Lillian, Macie, Bertha, Jamie, Beatrice, Lois, Helen, Claude, Erskine and Royden.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennie Jordan Dempsey (William Thomas Dempsey) of Simpsonville; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Dempsey Conner (Brian) and Thomas Jordan Dempsey; and her great grandchildren, Christopher and Andrew Conner.
